Kronoflow Privacy Policy

Kronoflow is a visual day operating system. It helps you create blocks, actions, reminders, routines, focus sessions, and canvas notes.

Data Kronoflow Stores

Kronoflow stores your blocks, actions, routines, settings, focus state, canvas notes, and completion history locally on your device.

Photos and Camera

If you choose to add an image to your canvas, Kronoflow asks for access to the selected photo or camera capture. Kronoflow uses that image only for the canvas item you create.

Notifications

Kronoflow can schedule local notifications for actions, block starts, and daily digests. Notification settings can be changed in the app and in your device settings.

Purchases

Kronoflow uses RevenueCat to manage Pro purchase status and entitlement checks. Purchases are processed by Google Play, the App Store, or another supported store. Kronoflow stores only the current Pro entitlement status locally so gated features can unlock on this device.

RevenueCat may process purchase history, app user identifiers, device and app information, and limited diagnostics needed to provide purchase and entitlement services. RevenueCat acts as a service provider for this purpose; Kronoflow does not use this information for third-party advertising.

Data Sharing

Kronoflow does not sell your personal data. Purchase and entitlement information is shared only with the applicable app store and RevenueCat as described above. If you export or share a day card, backup, or canvas item, that export is controlled by you through the operating system share sheet.
