What Kronoflow does
Updated · September 20, 2026
Kronoflow is a daily planner built for days that do not go to plan. The core idea is simple: your day is a row of time blocks, each block holds the actions you mean to do in it, and reshaping the plan is a gesture, not a rebuild.
Flow: the whole day in one view
Time blocks on one side, the actions inside them on the other. You can see what is happening now, what comes next and where there is still room. Nothing is hidden behind a calendar grid or a separate task list.
Blocks that stretch, shorten and move
Start late? Hold a block and drag its end. Something ran long? Move the next action to where it fits. The blocks around it make room. You adjust today without redoing the whole plan, and the app does not treat the change as a failure.
Choices inside a block
A block does not have to be a single fixed task. “Move and unwind” can hold walk, stretch at home and short workout; on the day you pick the one that fits your energy. This is how Kronoflow handles routines that need to flex.
Structures: reusable days and blocks
When a setup works, save the whole day (or one block) as a Structure. Bring it back on another day and change only what is different. A workday, a slow Sunday, an exam week: each is a Structure, not a plan you rebuild from scratch. The built-in library ships with 200+ ready-made actions and 38 day and block templates to start from.
Reminders, recurring actions and daily goals
Actions can repeat on a schedule or be one-time for a single day. Reminders are local notifications you control. Daily goals keep a small tally (for example 0 / 8 glasses of water) you can tick off from the day or from a widget.
Week and month views
Zoom out to see the shape of the week or month and jump to any date. Different days can genuinely look different rather than copies of one template.
Focus: Matrix and timer
The Focus Matrix sorts what is on your plate by importance and urgency (Eisenhower style). When you are ready to work, the focus timer is one tap away.
Canvas: notes without the pile-up
A space for notes, checklists, ideas and images. Cards can be linked to each other, so a small project or a trip plan stays together instead of scattering across apps.
Android home-screen widgets
Current block, upcoming actions, goals and notes on your home screen. Complete an action or log a goal without opening the app.
Looks and a quiet mode
Pick a theme (Paper, Ink, Dune and more) and decide how much detail is shown. A quiet mode hides visual cues when you need less noise. Kronoflow was designed with ADHD and neurodivergent users in mind: show only the choices that matter, hide finished work, keep the next step obvious.
Local-first, no account
Your planning data lives on your device. There is no sign-up. Kronoflow is free to use; some features are part of an optional Pro subscription handled by Google Play. See the privacy policy for details.
