Short answers to what people ask before installing. If yours is not here, write to us.
Is Kronoflow good for ADHD?
It was designed with ADHD and neurodivergent users in mind, and that shows in the decisions rather than a label: the day is one visual timeline, a late start is handled by stretching or moving a block instead of leaving the plan broken, a block can hold a few options so you choose by energy, finished work can be hidden, and a quiet mode strips visual noise. It is a planner, not a treatment; it works best alongside whatever else already helps you.
What is time blocking, and how does Kronoflow do it differently?
Time blocking means giving each part of your day a named block of time rather than working from an open-ended to-do list. Most time-blocking apps assume the blocks will hold. Kronoflow assumes they will not: blocks are meant to be stretched, shortened and moved during the day, and the actions inside them can be carried to another block. Read the longer guide at Time blocking when your day keeps slipping.
Can I set up routines?
Yes. In Kronoflow a routine is a saved Structure: a whole day or a single block you save once and reuse. A morning block with “make breakfast · review the day” or an entire workday can be applied to any date, then adjusted for that day only. There is no separate routine engine to learn.
Are there ready-made templates?
The library ships with 200+ ready-made actions and 38 day and block templates (Structures). Start from one and edit it, or build your own from scratch.
Does it track habits?
Kronoflow is a day planner first. Recurring actions and daily goals with a tally cover most habit use (drink water, read 20 minutes, walk) inside the context of the day, which is where habits actually happen. It does not have streak calendars or gamified badges by design.
Is it free?
Kronoflow is free to install and use. Some features are part of an optional Pro subscription, billed through Google Play. Pricing and the exact feature split are shown in the app and on the Play listing.
Do I need an account? Where is my data?
No account. Planning data is stored locally on your device. Kronoflow does not sell personal data; purchase status is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat as described in the privacy policy.
Which platforms?
Android first, on Google Play, with home-screen widgets. An iOS version is in progress; contact us if you want to hear when it is available.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Not currently. Kronoflow is built as a local-first day planner. If calendar import matters to you, tell us; it helps decide what comes next.
Which languages?
The app and the Play listing are available in English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French.
How is it different from Structured or Tiimo?
See the dedicated pages: Kronoflow vs Structured and Kronoflow vs Tiimo. The short version: Kronoflow makes reshaping the plan the main gesture, treats routines as reusable day templates, and lets one block hold several options.
